To create our animations we are using mac laptops shooting each shot with PhotoBooth and transferring them into iMovie and other programs for further editing. Click below to see the different animations created each week.

Week 1 Featured Animation
Week 1
During week 1 we got to know the basics of how to create an animation. Using PhotoBooth on a Macbook students took repeated shots of some toys moving them slightly each time.
We then dragged the photos into iMovie where we adjusted the clip time to 0.1 seconds so we had ten frames per second, also disabling any effects on the photos such as the Ken Burns effect. Week 2 Featured Animation
Week 2
In week 2 we explored using paper cut outs of a single action and the many steps that it takes to make that single action. All of the animation stills were found on the internet and the students then had to cut them out and shot each shot individually creating a sense of movement if necessary.
